How to Get?

The most common way to go is by Conectando Cuba bus that costs 14 MLC per person and is reserved at all travel agencies. The travel time is around 3h 30m and covers an approximate distance of 175km to the city of Pinar del Río and to Viñales, 202Km.

You can also choose Ómnibus viazul.wetransp.com with a cost of 12 MLC per person, which you must reserve 24 hours in advance at the Central Station of National Buses, located at Ave Independencia # 101 esq. May 19, Plaza de la Revolución municipality, Havana.

Another suggestion is the train services operated by Ferrocarriles de Cuba, departing from Havana, from the November 19 station, located in Tulipán, Plaza de la Revolución. The trip lasts approximately 6 hours, and reservations are made at the train station 72 hours in advance.

You can also rent a car or request a taxi service that takes approximately 2 hours. You can go to the rental offices in Havana.

With Viazul there are 3 departures from Havana, and one from Varadero, while with the agency Transtur, there is only one bus from Havana. To book, you can visit the Viazul Terminal in Nuevo Vedado and for the Transtur buses from any travel agency or sales bureau located throughout the country. To book tours, hotels, rental houses, air tickets, transfers, among others that make it easier to visit any horizon of the island, you can do so through the travel agencies located in Plaza Viñales, Pinar del Río city and hotels.
