What are the Cookies?

A cookie is a file that is downloaded in the user’s device when entering determined websites to store and get information about the navigation made from that device.
The cookies allow that website storing and getting information about the user’s decisions and habits.
It is important to highlight that the use of the cookies doesn’t provide personal data about the user, who remains anonymous.

What type of Cookies do we use?

Analytics Cookies: Each time a user visits a website or service, a tool from an external provider (Google Analytics) creates an analytical Cookie in the user’s device. This Cookie, which is only generated in the visit, will work in future visits to our service in order to identify the visitor in an anonymous way. The main objectives are:

  • Allow the anonymous identification of the users through the “Cookie” (identifies browsers and devices, not people) and the approximate number of visitors and their tendency in time.
  • Identify in an anonymous way the most visited contents and the most attractive ones for users.
  • Know if the user visiting the page is new or is repeating a visit.
  • Important: the Cookie will never be linked to any personal data that can identify you. These Cookies will only be used with statistic purposes in order to get metrics about the use of our websites.

How to disable the Cookies in the browser

Most browsers allow users to set up the cookies and to choose which ones they want. These settings are usually found in ‘options’ or ‘preferences’ in your browser menu.

  5. Click in Delete Navigation Data (empty cache).
  6. Close and restart the browser.

Internet Explorer. Version 11.

  1. Select Tools | Internet Options.
  2. Click in the general tab.
  3. In the section “Browser History” click in Delete History on Exit.
  4. Select Delete Files.
  5. Select Delete Cookies.
  6. Click in Delete.
  7. Click in Accept.
  8. Close and restart the browser.

Firefox. Version 18.

  1. Select Firefox | History | Clear recent history.
  2. Next to “Details”, click in the arrow down below.

  4. Using the interval of time to delete in the menu select All.
  5. Click in Delete Now.
  6. Close and restart the browser.
